Securing Town Approvals for a Friendly 40B to Meet the Needs of the Town, Community and Developer

The Opportunity

The Davis Companies sought to create a “friendly 40B” on Corporate Drive in Burlington, MA. The effort would entail seeking Town approvals on many levels and would unfold over the course of multiple years.

The Strategy

BG developed an integrated grassroots marketing campaign, designed to educate decision makers by way of community relations, creative branding, media relations and presentation development.

The Result

The project received the approvals needed and is an initiative that both the Town and the Developer can point to as a way for municipalities to work collaboratively with private developers to drive housing solutions and economic development opportunities.
