Finding Talent to Deliver a Mission

The Opportunity

Bridgewell is a nonprofit that provides an unmatched range of social and human services to empower people with disabilities and other life challenges to live safe, self-directed, and productive lives. They deliver support through community housing, day programs, outpatient treatment, recovery services, education, and employment training through Eastern Massachusetts. With a community with growing needs, Bridgewell was facing urgency around hiring talent. 

The Strategy

With hundreds of open opportunities to fill, BG knew that a cross section of potential employees needed to be reached in a handful of key North Shore Communities in and around Greater Boston. BG’s ongoing strategy was and continues to be the use of personal testimonials and success stories, all of which showcase the impact Bridgewell employees make on the lives of many. Those stories were told through traditional forms of media, social media, and a mix of paid advertising.  

The Result

BG launched the integrated marketing and PR campaign, driving hundreds of people to the organization’s website and collaborated with the internal team to both quantify and qualify the quality of candidates that were interested in positions.
