The Opportunity

J. Calnan & Associates (JC&A) is a construction management company known for building projects within the New England and New York area. JC&A partnered with Belfort Group for a dual-phase project set out to produce a brand video and to redesign their website. After video production for the brand video, the Belfort Group was tasked with redesigning the website to address JC&A’s current site challenges and to create a modern, user-friendly website that showcased the company’s services, expertise, and culture.

The Strategy

Discovery

The Belfort Group conducted a discovery session with JC&A to identify their current site challenges, desired features, and goals for the new website. Based on this information, BG developed a comprehensive plan that aligned with JC&A’s mission and goals.

Planning

During the planning phase, a new site map was created that strategically outlined a navigation and user journey flow designed to enhance the user experience. The team also incorporated J. Calnan & Associates’ trademark philosophy, “We Build…^®” to represent the brand’s identity throughout the site. The BG team then designed interactive prototype pages to visualize the final design and ensure that it would meet the client’s expectations.

Development

Once the prototype designs were approved, the team developed a beta website that was tested and refined with client feedback. View the new site here!
