The Opportunity
The Middlesex 3 Coalition is one of the premier economic development and business networking groups in the Middlesex region of Massachusetts. To unify members and highlight their collective influence, the coalition launched the Middlesex Coalition storytelling campaign, a strategic initiative designed to amplify member voices and shape trends in real estate, transportation, and other key regional sectors.
The Strategy
Belfort Group developed the Middlesex Coalition storytelling campaign, branded as #M3Connect. The campaign highlighted economic development experts, local business owners, real estate developers, higher education thought leaders, and other regional influencers. It leveraged short-form videos to tell compelling stories that showcased the expertise and insights of coalition members. In addition, a LinkedIn group was created exclusively for M3 members, serving as a hub for discussion, collaboration, and the sharing of key content.
The Result
The video series has become a key driver of conversation amongst coalition members, business owners from the region, political decision makers and hyper local media who cover related topics.
